Greenville Mall Coming Down
Demolition started today on the former Greenville Mall as reported by the Greenville News with video (who doesn't like to watch a little demolition now and then?). The highly visible 67 acre site will be re-named the Magnolia Park Town Center, a mix of retail, residential and office. Anchor tenants will include Costco, Rooms to Go and quite possibly the County of Greenville offices.
The development is being done by a partnership between Canyon Capitial Realty Advisors of Beverly Hills and Gulfside Development Co. of Miami.
